Ron Schlitt is President & CEO of RDJ Management Corp. as well as a Managing Partner of Oculus Management Corp. Ron presently sits on a task force for The Abbey church plant and is a board member of Trinity Baptist Church (a church of over 2,000). He has spent over twenty years working with almost every demographic of the working population in developing and leading individuals to successful corporate life. Ron’s experiences are in Human Resource Development, design and implementation to corporations, government, non-profit organizations and churches. He is a consultant, coach, facilitator, author, guest speaker and columnist. Ron and his wife live with their two children in Kelowna, British Columbia
